Cucumber is amongs the most widely cultivated nutritious vegetables. This vegetable is eaten in the world over. It could be eaten raw(in salad),baked with cheese, used in soups or cooked wit other vegetables.
Cucumber is a very good source of vitamins A, C, folic acid, fibre magnesium, pottasium, silica, molybdenum and sulfur.
People who take cucumber derived many health benefits such healthy skin cells, nails and hair.
